Great Yorkshire Show 2026: A Great Opportunity to Meet th...
The Great Yorkshire Show is always one of the highlights of the rural calendar, and this year’s event has been no exception.

A parcel of land complete with stables, a barn and field shelter is for sale between Boroughbridge and Great Ouseburn, in the village of Lower Dunsforth.
The 4.54 acres of grazing or amenity land has a 45-foot-long building that houses four stables and a feed room. There is also a 24-foot hay barn as well as a 24-foot field shelter. The site benefits from mains water and electric.
The land is bounded by mature vegetation and has been fenced off into two paddocks. It is for sale with rural property consultancy Lister Haigh with a guide price of £125,000.

Giles Chaplin from Lister Haigh, said: “This is an opportunity to acquire a good-sized piece of land in a very popular North Yorkshire village. It’s accessed off Beck Closes Road and is ideally suited for equine use, grazing livestock or as amenity land, subject to the necessary consents, so we’re anticipating plenty of interest.”
This is the second land instruction in Lower Dunsforth for Lister Haigh this summer, with the company also marketing a 13-acre piece of grazing or amenity land on Ings Road for £185,000, with the option to divide it into two lots.
